Terms & Conditions

1. Participants in the draw must to agree and to be bound to T&Cs upon entry.
2. Promotion Starts Wednesday 1^st of May 2024 at 11:00am.
3. Entries to the draw will close at 8:30pm on Saturday, 25^th of May 2024, no entries will be accepted after this time.
4. Prize Draw will take place approximately 11pm on Saturday 25^th of May 2024.
5. Prizes: 1^st Prize: 2 flight tickets + accommodation to Las Vegas, Nevada.

                  2^nd Prize: £200 bet voucher to use at either Shaftesbury Casino’s.

                  3^rd Prize: A meal for two people and a bottle of wine at Shaftesbury Casino – West Bromwich

6. Prize draws will be made by a member of Management or person nominated by them.
7. Prizes will be drawn in reverse order with the 3^rd Prize being first.
8. 1^st Prize will consist of 2 x £2,500 travel vouchers to use with our partner Gold Travel Counsellor. The vouchers will be valid for 24 months from date of draw. Vouchers are non-refundable and have no cash value.
9. Promotion is open to members of Shaftesbury Casino Ltd only. You can join on the day, please bring a valid ID.
10. You must not be an employee or a family member of Shaftesbury Casino Ltd, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
11. On entering a Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require proof of this.
12. Every gaming day visited will grant you one entry ticket to the draw.
13. Winners must be present at the casino at the time of the draw to claim their prize. If the winner is not present at the time of the draw and therefore cannot claim the prize, a new ticket will be drawn at random to establish a new winner.
14. Prizes are non-transferrable.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
16. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up a Prize.
17. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any loss or damage while the Prize is in transit.
18. No purchase necessary.
19. Shaftesbury Casino reserves the right to:

• Change or substitute a prize if they reasonably deem it necessary
• Amend, alter, substitute or terminate a prize if it is reasonably deemed necessary
• Void any entries in the event of misconduct or breach of the draw T&Cs
• To disqualify you from a Prize Draw if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of a Prize Draw.

20. Shaftesbury Casino Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility otherwise arising from this promotion.

Winners of a Prize Draw

21. In relation to each Prize Draw:

The decision of the Promoter, having used the Generator, is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

There will be 1 winning Entry for each prize

The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.

22. Limitation of Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a winner of any Prize Draw or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

23. General

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend a Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
